So Way Back Then, We Opened A Little Place Called Concourse 7 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It Had Burgers, Beer and Sports, the Things We Love! ñ Turns Out A Lot of Other People Love Them, Too. the Joint Was Packed. So Like Any Good Sports Fan, We Weren't Satisfied With Our Big Lead. We Went To the Locker Room, Made Some Adjustments and Came Out Gunning. We Covered the Walls With Big Screens and Changed Our Name To Champps. We Went Big.
